I have been at Chili Heights since 2016. I have to say my building is amazing. Great neighbors who look out for one another. ... Even in the summer , the noise level is great. My place is cozy and it comes with a washer and a dryer, huge bonus! A large pool during the summer to use, playground and dog park area. A comfortable and quaint place to call home

I have been in my two-bedroom apartment since Nov of 2015 and couldn't be happier! The staff has always been quick and thorough ... with answering any of my questions or getting any work orders I have needed to be done right to the maintenance staff. The office is always welcoming and pleasant. Maintenance is amazing! The very few things I have needed to be fixed or updated have been done in a timely, accurate, and respectful manner. I can't say enough good things about how well the outside is taken care of, especially during periods snowy and icy weather. The interior part of the apartments are clean, well-constructed, and well-maintained. They provide a cozy atmosphere and are simple to clean, relax, and enjoy coming home to! I highly recommend!
